How It Works

Guests must check in one day before their scheduled surgery.

    Request your stay

    Complete our online stay request — your information, emergency contact, stay dates, surgery details, health information, meal preferences, and care preferences. You do not need to create an account.

  2. 02

    We review your request

    Our team reviews your requested dates, surgery information, and recovery needs. We may reach out if we need more information.

  3. 03

    Get approval & pricing

    Once approved, Alex sets your recovery-stay price and adds any optional services you requested. You'll receive an email with your invoice and a secure link to your guest portal.

  4. 04

    Pay your deposit

    A 10% deposit is required to secure your reservation (you can also pay in full). Pay via Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash, or cash, using the instructions in your portal.

  5. 05

    Your stay is confirmed

    Once your deposit is verified, your reservation is confirmed. You can view your invoice, payment history, and any documents at any time from your guest portal.
