Privacy Policy

305 Recovery Group is a non-medical recovery house in Miami. We provide a comfortable place to rest after elective surgery, along with caregiver support, meals, and transportation — we don't perform surgery or provide medical treatment.

When you submit a stay request or use your guest portal, we collect:

• Contact information: name, date of birth, address, phone, and email.
• Emergency contact information.
• Recovery-related information you provide: surgery date, surgical center, surgeon, procedure(s), medical insurance, pre-existing conditions, current medications, and related care preferences.
• A photo ID and, where applicable, a surgery clearance document you upload.
• Payment information processed through our payment provider (see below).
• Messages you exchange with our team through your guest portal, and basic technical information (like IP address) needed to keep the portal secure.

We use your information to:

• Evaluate and confirm your stay request.
• Plan and provide caregiver support, meals, and transportation during your stay.
• Process payments and send you booking, payment, and stay-related communications.
• Respond to messages you send us and keep a record of that communication.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

The most sensitive information you give us — health-related answers, date of birth, emergency contact, and surgery details — is encrypted before it's stored, and is never included in email notifications. Uploaded ID and clearance documents are stored privately and are only ever accessible to you and our authorized staff, never by a public link. Access to our systems is limited to authorized staff and logged.

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Payment processing — Square, to securely process card payments. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Email delivery — Resend, to send transactional emails (sign-in links, booking confirmations, receipts).
• Hosting & storage — Cloudflare, which hosts our application, database, and uploaded documents.

We don't share your information with anyone else except when required by law, or with your consent.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, support your stay, and meet our legal and financial record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain — see below.

You can review the information tied to a stay request from your guest portal at any time. To ask a question about your information, or to request a copy or deletion of it, contact us.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in to your guest portal and to save your progress while filling out a stay request. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
