Terms of Service

305 Recovery Group is a non-medical recovery house. We provide a comfortable place to rest, along with caregiver support, meals, and transportation. We do not perform surgery, provide medical treatment, or replace the care of your surgeon or physician. Always follow your surgeon's post-operative instructions.

Submitting a stay request does not guarantee a reservation. Our team reviews every request and will follow up by email; a stay is only confirmed once we've approved your request and your deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel, 305 Recovery Group will work with you. If a medical condition prevents your surgery from proceeding, documentation is required.

We ask every guest to treat our staff and other guests with respect and kindness. We reserve the right to end a stay early, without refund, in cases of behavior that threatens the safety or wellbeing of our staff or other guests.

Massage, transportation to outside appointments, one-on-one care, and other custom services are requests only and are not confirmed or charged until we approve them and add them to your invoice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 305 Recovery Group is not liable for medical outcomes, complications, or the acts or advice of any surgeon, physician, or medical facility. Our responsibility is limited to the non-medical recovery accommodations and support services we provide directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
